High School Science Camps Maine 2006

The students of the 2006 Summer Computing Institute left excited. What caused this excitement was “Learning to Program with Alice”. Facilitated by Robert Cohen, UMASS Boston, students learned “code” using an interactive program. The students excelled with the help of a few faculty members. The institute was offered at no cost and included a field trip to The Gulf of Maine Research Institute, college admissions and career selection activities.
